Wastewater properties:The main pollutants are glass powder (silicon powder) produced during the cutting and grinding process, which is milky white in color and has high turbidity. There are no organic substances, inorganic salts, or plasma substances added in the wastewater generating section, and no ionic pollutants are produced during the production process. The characteristics of the production process determine the balance of water quality and the small fluctuation of water quantity in the production wastewater. Under the condition of recycling, the suspended solids in wastewater can reach over 500mg/L, with a chromaticity of 200-400 times and a pH of about 7-8. Performance characteristics:

Technical Specifications:
Industrial wastewater/glass powder wastewater is intercepted by a grid to remove large debris, then enters a regulating tank and chemicals for removing organic matter are added to the tank. The reaction process of primary wastewater is completed by stirring to prevent glass powder precipitation in the regulating tank. The regulating tank wastewater is transported to the sewage treatment equipment by a sewage pump, and then different chemicals, coagulants, pH adjusters, etc. are added. The mixed wastewater directly enters the equipment, with the middle layer separated and the top discharged (clear water). The entire process of coagulation, fine filtration, and sludge concentration collection is completed in the equipment tank. The treated clean water enters the clean water tank for industrial reuse or discharge. The equipment sludge is discharged into the concentrated sludge tank through a timed liquid discharge method, and then processed into sludge cake through a pressure filtration mechanism. The moisture content of the dehydrated mud cake is less than 90%, and the dehydrated mud cake can be bagged and regularly transported for processing.
